“User”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions.

“Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the User and ourselves, or either the User or ourselves.

Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.

(“Rollinglobe”) provides this website (the “Site”) and all associated content including email and RSS reeds (feeds) to the User(s) according to these terms and conditions of use (the “Site Terms”). By using or accessing this site, you agree, explicitly and implicitly, to obey, comply with, and be bound by all terms and conditions, policies, and guidelines incorporated by reference herein. Rollinglobe Statement on Privacy

Rollinglobe (the “Company”) values the privacy of you (the “User”) and all users of the site and is committed to protecting that privacy as one of its highest concerns. Rollinglobe collects certain information relative to users and visitors of the site. There are two types of information collected on the site: 1) personal information the User knowingly submitted and discloses; 2) web site use information that is collected by the Company through the User’s interaction with the Site. Under no circumstances will Rollinglobe share your or other Users’ personal information with any unaffiliated third party unless you, the User, specifically authorizes us to do so or we are required to do so by the law. This Privacy Policy statement discloses the information collection process and dissemination policies for all the information you share with the site and this statement covers the Privacy Policy for all Rollinglobe sites and related services (collectively, the “Site”). Read all of the terms below to their fullest before using any of the Site or related services. Use of the Site or any related services indicates your full agreement to the Privacy Policy and to abide by the terms in effect.

Methods for Information Collection


In order to access ALL parts of the Site and enjoy ALL services, the User must register with the Site and create a User Profile which includes contact information. Such information could and will be used to contact the User and send information or alerts for which the User has expressed or the Company believes the User may have interest. This contact information will not be sold or disseminated to any third party or organization, except for the purposes of disseminating services the User opted into through registration or the booking of third party products or services. In such cases where a third party is used to disseminate services, the third party has no right and may not use the User’s personally identifiable information for any purpose other than the original intention including any secondary purposes.

User Interaction(s)

The User may create any number of profiles for virtually any tangible or intangible destination or experience. The User may, as well, communicate, express, or publish any type of information through numerous channels and mediums available on the Site. The above stated information and any other information submitted to the Site, (collectively “the Content”) is submitted solely at the risk of the User. The company takes every measure to protect the privacy of the User through User controlled privacy options and other measures but makes no promise that such measures are impenetrable. The Company does not guarantee that the Content of any and all Users submitted will not be viewed by the public and/or any unauthorized person(s). Additionally, the Company can not control nor be responsible for the actions of other Users with whom the User shares information. The Company is not responsible for the breach or circumvention of any privacy measures, settings, or other security structures happening on or through the Site or within the Company. The User understands and acknowledges that copies of any Content submitted by the User, current, active, inactive, or removed, may be viewable in cached and/or archived areas of the Site as well as in the Content of another User should they have copied such information.

Rollinglobe collects and stores any information transmitted through the Site and related services. The Company collects this information first and foremost in order to provide the User with numerous services and features and secondarily to monitor the flow of information through the site to improve all aspects of the Company. When the User updates information, the Company retains a backup copy of the older version for a finite time period in order to revert back to updated information.

Rollinglobe may collect information about the User(s) from sources other than through direct User submission of information and individual web site usage information. Such sources may include, but are not limited to, other Rollinglobe User(s) and/or outside media sources.

Should a User choose to invite a friend or acquaintance to the Site, certain contact information will be needed to send the invitation. Rollinglobe will send the invitation via email and store the contact information in order to send up to two reminders and to register a connection if the invitation is accepted. The request to remove this contact information can be made by emailing such a request to

Cookies and Log Files

Like most interactive web sites, the Rollinglobe Site [or ISP] uses cookies, both session ID and persistent cookies, to enable the Company to retrieve User details for each visit. Cookies are used in some areas of our site to enable the functionality of this area and ease of use for those people visiting. Some of our affiliate partners may also use cookies. Session ID cookies are deleted when the User closes their browser and Persistent cookies can be deleted by following the individual instructions of the User’s internet browser software.

Rollinglobe uses IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track User’s movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. Additionally, for systems administration, detecting usage patterns and troubleshooting purposes, the Company web servers automatically log standard access information including browser type, access times/open mail, URL requested, and referral URL. Rollinglobe may use a tracking utility that uses log files to analyze User movement.

Third Party Interaction(s)

The Site and related services are open to certain, affiliated third parties and subsequently, their affiliated third parties. Web Site usage information may be aggregated and used to serve advertisements to any and all Users. Additionally, third party advertiser(s) may place or be able to recognize unique cookie(s) on any and/or all User(s) browsers.

Use of Information Collected, including Dissemination and Other

Personal Profile and User Interaction

When the User registers with Rollinglobe, they create their own personal profile. The information provided on this profile is displayed to all other registered Users of the Rollinglobe Site (“the Site”). The Privacy Settings of each personal profile are set to the default, ‘Open to all Registered Users of Rollinglobe’. Each user may select their desired level of privacy on the site by going to the ‘Privacy Settings’ section of ‘Preferences’ ranging from the default ‘Open to all Registered Users of Rollinglobe’ to just User Name or Id and Profile Picture, if provided.

The company may use the User’s name and email address to send information and notifications that the Company believes may be of interest. Any User may opt out of such emails by sending such a request to, but Rollinglobe reserves the right to send any User a notice(s) about the user account even if the User opts out of any email correspondence.

Rollinglobe may use information obtained from sources other than direct User submission of information and individual web site usage information; such sources may include, but are not limited to, other Rollinglobe User(s) and/or outside media sources.

Rollinglobe may use information in a User’s personal profile without identifying the User to third parties. This allows the Company to understand more about the Users as individuals and as groups and enables the Company, as well as its affiliates, to better serve the User(s). The User(s) personal identification will NEVER be included in the information sent to third parties.

User Content

User(s) are allowed and encouraged to create and submit Content to the Site. Rollinglobe does not claim, nor desire, any ownership rights of User submitted Content but by submitting any Content, the User(s) grant Rollinglobe a Limited License to use the Content (for more information, please read the ‘Proprietary Rights in Content on Rollinglobe’ section of the ‘Terms & Conditions’ by following this link). Please note the Limited License granted by the User to the Company when submitting Content includes authorship identification and recognition by User Id alone. By creating and submitting any User Content, the User(s) takes all responsibility and liability as the sole author. AUTHORSHIP WILL BE IDENTIFIED ON ALL USER CONTENT TO THE PUBLIC AND ALL REGISTERED USERS BY USER ID ALONE. Rollinglobe will forever keep records of authorship, including full name, on all User Content in private storage. Rollinglobe will never disclose any authorship information of Content, other than User Id or Name, unless specifically authorized by the User(s) or required by law. Rollinglobe may use information provided in Content created and submitted by User(s) without identifying the User(s) to third parties.

Sharing Information with Third Parties

Rollinglobe may, from time to time, share User(s) information with third parties for reasons including, but without limitation, permitted by the User(s), the booking of products or services, required by law, or out of necessity for service.

Altering and/or Removing Information

Changing and/or removing any information on the personal profile is available through the ‘Preferences’ section of the Site. The User(s) may alter or edit any information on the personal profile and the information will be updated immediately. The User(s) may remove their personal account in its entirety in the ‘Preferences’ section. Please note that the removed information may remain in a backup, storage location but, in most cases, will not be available to Rollinglobe users or the public.

User Content may be edited at any time and the most up to date version will be the one publicly displayed in most cases. The Limited License to use Content submitted by User(s) pertains to every version of the Content and the license and right to use the Content, from its original edition to any and all editions made from inception (for more information please read the ‘Proprietary Rights in Content on Rollinglobe’ section of the ‘Terms & Conditions’ by following this link).

If, and when, a User uses any of the communication features of the Site and its related services, the information shared in the communication generally cannot be removed.


Rollinglobe takes every appropriate precaution to protect the User(s) information. All account information is located and stored on a secured server behind a firewall.

Business Transitions

Should Rollinglobe ever go through a business transition, such as a merger or acquisition by another company or entity, or a sale of a portion of its assets, the User(s) personal information and the User(s) Content will, in most cases, be part of the assets transferred.
